Please note that Indian Garments can vary in size depending upon the manufacturer. It is always advisable to contact us before ordering if you are not sure on which size to order.
It is our store policy to not ship any item until we receive a confirmation regarding the measurements as that would save a lot of hassle for our customers and to us as well in terms of shipping the items back and forth.
We ship via USPS and most orders will ship either the same day or the next business day (upon receiving your confirmation regarding the measurements).
We make every effort to keep a good stock of all the items on our site. Occasionally, there could be an Inventory mismatch and an item may be sold out. If an item you ordered is sold out, we will notify you via email and provide alternate options or issue a full refund.
Free Shipping Policy
Please note that our Free Shipping will only cover for the USPS First Class mail and usually takes between 3-4 business days before it can be delivered. If you need Expedited Shipping, then please contact us and we would send you an Invoice for payment of the additional shipping charges.

In case of material defect, we will gladly exchange the merchandise. In other cases, you can return/exchange any merchandise within 3 days of receipt of your shipment to a maximum of one time only. A 20% restocking fee plus S & H will be charged for all returns and exchanges.

Once approved, please make sure to post mark the return shipment within 3 days of receipt and use your own carrier and shipping costs to send it back. Please note that you will have to pay for the additional shipping to send the new product.
